The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) recently released ‘a guide to the Unfair Contract Terms Law’ (1 June 2010).

 The purpose of the Guide is to assist businesses, legal practitioners and consumer advocates understand the new unfair contact terms laws.
